These are various popular edits you might recognize. It would seem that this skin link was just #cent+1203 all along, according to this rustbell stream highlights video by Dsco, which, in the description, links to the same OneDrive link, while the skin shown in the video is #cent+1203.

Unless the "OneDrive" skin is also #cent+1203, this is a skin that I am unable to obtain at the moment, as it no longer exists on OneDrive. The only way to even obtain them from his userpage at the moment is through Inspect Element, because the images that were meant to show and link to downloads for each skin were also hosted on puush and are now gone (apart from boom+0418's). Most of rustbell's skins are uploaded on puush, so I made this hub to preserve them in case those links ever happen to expire.
